However, please note that the licensor retains the right to terminate the license without conditions or prerequisites, providing adaptability and addressing unforeseen circumstances.

4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds or exchanges for SwiftSail are not available once access is granted.

5. Disclaimer

While SwiftSail aims to meet your requirements, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We expressly disclaim all warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement, excluding any implied warranties to the extent permitted under applicable law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

SwiftSail does not warrant the quality or fitness for purpose of the software. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, or expenses arising from the provision of our services. SwiftSail is not responsible for the use of user-generated content.

8. General Terms and Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Slovakia. Your use of our services does not create a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and SwiftSail. You agree not to represent yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of SwiftSail. By using our services, you acknowledge that we will not be held liable for any representations, acts, or omissions by you.
